My Performances @ Hark

Freeky.. I have stage fright! This is the song I have been training on, in class all this while since dono when..... late April I supposed. I started my singing classes @ Hark on April 1st this year. Time flies and our End of Term Performance (ETP) is coming. Though scarie, I know I wun be alone coz all my classmates will be in the same plight as me. Anyway, today we will be starting our 2nd Term, a whole new chapter into learning other singing related techniques. Our dear Philip instructor will not be giving anymore training on our songs. We have to move on.......

Have been on stage once... appointed leader by my new "Live Performance" workshop team-mates, of whom I consider super young teenagers (10 years my junior). So being the old ger, I juz cun say NO, ya. I went up the mini stage @ Hark and intro myself and told everyone I was really nervous coz 1st time singing with live music and on stage. I kept my cool, faking it of coz and finished the song. In a flash, everything was over! *Cold Sweat*

Looking @ the calendar, I realised I have 2 performances back to back (very close dates) in the month of August, when my "Live Performance" workshop performance (not juz plain singing, but oso creative hosting skills in a way where we nid to intro the next member in the group who's up next to sing, and to engage in a comfy chat session to get the crowd interested!). Then 6 days later, juz before NDP, our ETP HAVE to be done with. I hope to do well & not disappoint my teacher. OMIGOSH..... quite a challenge 4me! Stepping out from KTV room and bathroom singing. Think I can do it.... itz only whether I can do well or not coz I have high expectations of myself. Hmn.....

Counting down to the 2 performances. The ETP will be open to public whereas the other one will be private.. only students from our workshop (total around 30 paxs).

People, say a prayer 4me..... I need your support... emotionally! HA..... U dun have to be physically present during my performances.. coz that will only increase my ANXIETY! Arghhh!
